Position Summary: The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations across multiple job sites, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company standards and client expectations. This is a senior leadership role that provides executive-level field oversight, coordination, and workforce direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations across assigned projects and job sites
- Manage multiple General Foremen, Foremen, and field crews
- Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials across all active jobs
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality control
- Communicate directly with Project Managers and upper management
- Resolve field issues, delays, and workforce conflicts quickly and effectively
- Ensure all work meets client specifications and company standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations
- Support workforce planning, staffing, and manpower allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in industrial construction, maintenance, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role (Foreman/General Foreman level or higher)
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards (OSHA compliance required)
- Proven experience managing multiple crews and job sites simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes, and job plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure field environments
- Valid driverโs license (required)
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Work Condition:
The Superintendent role operates in both field and office settings depending on project requirements. This position involves frequent travel between job sites and extended time working in industrial environments such as construction sites, refineries, plants, and other heavy industrial facilities.
Work conditions may include exposure to outdoor weather, high noise levels, moving equipment, elevated work areas, and active construction zones. The Superintendent must be able to safely navigate job sites, including walking in uneven terrain and climbing stairs or ladders when necessary.
This position may require long hours, early starts, overtime, and occasional weekend work based on project schedules, shutdowns, and operational needs. Multi-site coordination and travel are common.
The role is both physically and mentally demanding, requiring strong focus, leadership, and the ability to make decisions under pressure while managing multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
All work must be performed in compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and OSHA regulations. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is always required while on job sites.
